How is the service priced?
The cost of eDiscovery falls into two categories: technology and professional services. For technology, we price our offerings in a competitive and predictable way. Professional services may be billed at our hourly rates or by way of alternative fee arrangements, negotiated between the firm and client. We reduce costs through effective matter management, including utilization of our Dayton-based discovery attorneys.
How do WilmerHale's eDiscovery capabilities impact the firm's ability to offer alternative fee arrangements?
With the adoption of a firmwide methodology and standardized processes supported by next-generation technology, we are better able to predict costs, manage work and align fees with the value of legal services we deliver. We reliably and accurately track and report on a wide range of performance metrics. This information serves as the basis for developing alternative fee arrangements for our clients, based on data and experience.
Does WilmerHale offer CLEs to clients related to eDiscovery or document review?
