William Robertson is Director of Operations for WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions. He joined the firm in 2004.

Practice

Mr. Robertson focuses his practice on providing strategic and tactical advice on all aspects of e-discovery. Specifically, he advises the law firm community and clients on e-discovery best practices, emerging technologies and trends. Mr. Robertson is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions—our Technology, Litigation Support, DA&I Attorney and Discovery Attorney teams—implementing discovery and other legal services to enhance operational excellence and optimize client service delivery.

Mr. Robertson actively develops internal course materials and conducts training sessions for attorneys and staff. He participated in the implementation process of WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions and other e-discovery technologies.

Past Experience

Mr. Robertson previously served as Senior Litigation and Investigations Director and Director of Legal Services for a global e-discovery managed services provider, overseeing projects for clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, medical device, technology, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Robertson was an associate at another law firm where he represented corporate clients in transactions and investigations involving securities and government contracts.
