Judd Abramson is a seasoned transactional attorney who advises US and international clients on complex corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and equity financings. Clients rely on Judd for his strategic, business-oriented approach to dealmaking, honed through years of experience both in private practice and in-house roles.

He has led high-stakes transactions across industries—including technology, AI, financial services, life sciences, manufacturing and automotive—ranging from public company acquisitions and global business carve-outs to “take public” mergers and sale processes. His global perspective, shaped by experience practicing law in Tokyo and Munich and on secondments with Apollo Global Management and TDK Electronics, equips him to guide clients through complex transactions with agility and insight.

Judd is deeply committed to service and is a key member of WilmerHale’s transactional pro bono practice, representing the firm’s Transactional Department on its Pro Bono Committee.
