AlphaCore Wealth Advisory ("AlphaCore"), an independent wealth advisory firm, announced its acquisition of Elk River Wealth Management ("Elk River"), a seven-person team advising on nearly $1 billion in assets, further expanding its presence in Colorado and enhancing its team in the Cherry Creek area. The combination builds on a relationship cultivated over the past five years and pairs complementary strengths across people, culture, and capabilities, with a shared commitment to strong community connections. At the close of the transaction, AlphaCore will employ more than 120 professionals across five primary offices: San Diego, California; Denver, Colorado; Austin, Texas; Rockville, Maryland; and Greenwich, Connecticut.
