WilmerHale represented a consortium of ten major investment banks and other investors, in connection with a strategic financing and licensing transaction for an AI-powered research platform with Aiera, Inc., a company that is developing an LLM that will be based on research content contributed by the investment banks. This was a ground-breaking transaction focused on the development of a common AI-driven research platform that has the potential to change the way sell-side research firms and buy-side research clients deliver and use research products.
