On October 2, 2023, MarketAxess Holdings, the operator of a leading electronic trading platform for fixed income securities, announced the completion of its acquisition of Pragma, a quantitative trading technology provider specializing in algorithmic and analytical services in equities, FX and fixed income. The acquisition will enable Pragma to use the scale and resources of MarketAxess to improve trader efficiency and generate exceptional outcomes for investors.
