Caroline Dotolo Honored as a New England Newest Leader in the Law

The American Lawyer has named Partner Caroline Dotolo as a Newest Leader in the Law in the publication’s inaugural New England Legal Awards. The honorees of this award are lawyers under age 40 that have excelled in the courtroom, in client service and cultivation, service to bar associations and/or pro bono work or community service, according to the publication.

The profile accompanying the recognition describes Dotolo “as an accomplished lawyer in WilmerHale’s acclaimed Transactional Department providing in-depth counsel to public and private companies in an impressive array of industries.” Representing clients in both domestic and international transactions, she frequently consults on capital markets, corporate finance, corporate governance and securities matters.

Dotolo and the other honorees were recognized on September 21 during the New England Legal Awards gala at Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.
