On July 13, 2023, HawkEye 360, Inc., the world's leading defense technology company for space-based radio frequency data and analytics, announced it has closed $58 million in new funding in a Series D-1 financing. The funding will be used to develop new space systems and expand analytics that support high-value defense missions. This Series D-1 round was led by BlackRock with additional funding provided by Manhattan Venture Partners and existing investors including Insight Partners, NightDragon, Strategic Development Fund, Razor's Edge, Alumni Ventures and Adage Capital. 

The WilmerHale team advising HawkEye 360 was led by partners Stephanie Evans and Adam Freiman and included Frances Mosley, Jake Wyrick, Taylor Mielnicki and Kathleen Gaffney, with tax support from Bill Caporizzo and Meghan Walsh.
