On January 31, 2023, Dalia, a recruitment marketing automation platform, announced the completion of its Series A financing round led by Lewis & Clark Ventures. Founded in 2019, Dalia helps employers get more qualified applicants for less by streamlining recruitment marketing. The Series A funding will be used to expand the company’s product suite and invest in sales and marketing.

The WilmerHale team advising Dalia was led by Partner Adam Freiman and included Associates Frank Wang and Shaina Hourizadeh.
