WilmerHale Represents Nth Party in Acquisition by Magnite

On January 5, 2022, Magnite, an independent sell-side advertising platform, announced that it acquired Nth Party, a startup developing cryptographic software for secure data sharing and analysis. The acquisition will enable Magnite to accelerate its data activation efforts and expand the market for effective audience data solutions. WilmerHale represented Nth Party from the time of inception, including incorporation, general corporate representation and commercial transactions, through its sale to Magnite.

The WilmerHale team representing Nth Party was led by Tal Hacohen, Ariel Soiffer and Sara Uz, and included Gary Schall, Bill Caporizzo, Scott Kilgore, Kirk Nahra and Ben Kelsey.
