WilmerHale Advises HawkEye 360 in $145M Series D Financing

On November 8, 2021, HawkEye 360, Inc., a commercial provider of space-based radio frequency data and analytics, announced that it secured $145 million in its Series D round, bringing its total capital raised to $302 million. The funding round was led by New York-based global private equity and venture capital firm Insight Partners and Seraphim Space Investment Trust.

HawkEye 360 intends to use the new funds to expand its satellite constellation and complementary infrastructure, accelerating the growth of the company’s services to customers in the humanitarian, environmental, commercial and national security sectors.
