On September 21, 2021, LeveL ATS, a US equity dark pool trading venue for sell-side networks, announced its agreement to merge with Luminex Trading & Analytics, a block trading venue for the buy-side networks. The merger will allow LeveL ATS and Luminex to operate under one broker-dealer as separate alternative trading systems.
