On July 13, 2020, GardaWorld Security Corporation, the largest privately owned security services and cash services company in the world, announced the closing of its acquisition of WorldAware, a leading security risk management firm based in the United States. The strategic acquisition of WorldAware enables GardaWorld to offer its clients access to the most comprehensive intelligence and security risk management services in the industry, anywhere in the world. The transaction closed on July 10, 2020.
