WilmerHale represented the underwriters in the initial public offering of 15,964,704 shares of common stock of Forma Therapeutics Holdings, Inc., reflecting the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, for aggregate gross proceeds of $319.3 million. The offering priced on June 18, 2020 at $20.00 per share and closed on June 23, 2020.

The team consisted of Lisa Firenze, Michael Lopes and Elizabeth Brasher, with support from Bruce Manheim, Colleen Superko, Ciara Baker and Heidi Treiber.
