WilmerHale represented Stash, one of the fastest-growing banking and investing services, in its $112 million Series F funding. The round was led by LendingTree and included funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, as well as Breyer Capital, Goodwater Capital, Greenspring Associates and Union Square Ventures. This capital raise follows Stash’s growth milestone of reaching over $1 billion in assets under management as of April 2020.

The WilmerHale team representing Stash was led by Stephanie Evans and Adam Freiman, and included Ciara Baker, Michael Bevilacqua, William Caporizzo, Scott Kilgore, Evan Kirsch, Kirk Nahra, Bruce Newman and Timothy Silva.
