On March 26, 2020, Affirmed Networks, an industry-transforming leader in virtualization and 5G, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Microsoft, under which Microsoft will acquire Affirmed Networks. This acquisition will allow for new and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of operators, including managing their network workloads in the cloud.
