On December 5, 2019, Endurance International Group Holdings, a leading provider of cloud-based platform solutions designed to help small and medium-sized businesses succeed online, completed the sale of its SinglePlatform digital storefront business to TripAdvisor pursuant to an asset purchase agreement entered at the time of the sale. SinglePlatform allows restaurants to easily publish and manage menus where consumers are searching, including sites like Google and Facebook. The purchase price for the transaction was approximately $51 million in cash.
