Roger Witten Honored for Lifetime Achievement by the New York Law Journal 

Recognition

Roger Witten, a New York-based senior counsel, was selected by the New York Law Journal as a 2019 Lifetime Achiever. Roger joined the firm in 1975 and was a partner from 1980 until 2013.

The Lifetime Achievement Award honors attorneys “who have made a remarkable difference in the legal profession in New York.”

Mr. Witten was recognized for his accomplishments over his 44-plus-years career, achieving national and international recognition in fields ranging from major domestic and international litigation, to complex internal investigations and law enforcement matters, including pioneering work relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, to election and campaign finance law. 

Ross Firsenbaum and Charlie Platt were also recognized, with Firsenbaum named a Rising Star and Platt named a Distinguished Leader. The honorees were recognized on October 23 at the New York Legal Awards at Tribeca 360 in New York City.
