WilmerHale represented WeWork in its acquisition of Prolific Interactive LLC, a mobile-focused product agency based in Brooklyn, San Francisco, and Durham, North Carolina, that delivers industry-leading mobile experiences for premier brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
