WilmerHale represented the underwriters in the follow-on offering of 6,325,000 shares of common stock of MacroGenics, Inc., at a price to the public of $20.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $126.5 million. This reflects the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares of common stock. The offering priced on February 12, 2019 and closed on February 15, 2019.
