Chip McCorkle

Chip McCorkle is a corporate lawyer with experience representing Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors and investment banks in a broad variety of securities offerings and public disclosure and corporate governance matters. He has handled public and private offerings of equity and debt, block trades, debt-for-equity exchanges, tender offers, consent solicitations and exchange offers, bank financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. McCorkle was an associate at another firm in New York. Previously, Mr. McCorkle worked as a legal intern at The Washington Post and an investigative analyst in the Major Economic Crimes Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
