WilmerHale Represents WeWork in Acquisition of Teem Technologies

Today, WeWork Companies Inc. announced that it has agreed to acquire Teem Technologies, Inc., a leading software platform that helps its customers better utilize space and employees through advanced meeting tools, detailed workplace analytics and ways to welcome and manage visitors. WilmerHale represented WeWork in connection with the transaction.
