Fortive Corp. (Fortive) (NYSE:FTV) announced on July 2, 2018, that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Warburg Pincus to acquire Gordian, a privately held, leading provider of construction cost data, software and service. Fortive, a diversified industrial growth company, expects Gordian to generate $130 million of revenue in 2018.
