This symposium, for young practitioners and in-house counsel, followed Young International Arbitration Group’s traditional interactive format, designed to provide an opportunity for delegates to share news and views on current developments in the field of international commercial arbitration and ADR. Prior to the event, delegates submitted topics, with a particular emphasis on "in-house counsel" and on general issues of practice and procedure, that were discussed under the expert guidance of the symposium co-chairs.
