This ICC YAF event entitled "A practical vision of the ICC Dispute Board Rules: An analysis of the Channel Tunnel Case," will take place the eve of the VI International Arbitration Congress. This event will include an analytical view of relevant areas covering the interaction between dispute boards and arbitration, such as the faculty of arbitral tribunals to review decisions of the Dispute Boards as well as the ICC experience on construction disputes, among others.
