Companies are using AI to run them, with tools embedded in document review, witness preparation, the drafting of legal advice and meeting transcription. At the same time, AI systems are increasingly part of the conduct under examination: automated decisions, AI-generated communications and agentic workflows that complete multi-step tasks with limited human intervention.
