WilmerHale partners Sonal Mehta and Jessica Lewis will join Women of Stanford Law (WSL) for a lunch panel and candid conversation about how they built careers representing Silicon Valley’s leading companies in their most consequential disputes.
Mehta is a trial lawyer who represents many of the world’s leading technology and life sciences companies in high-stakes disputes. Lewis, a first-generation college student from rural Vermont, litigates securities and corporate governance matters for companies across the tech sector.
The two will share honest stories about their different paths, including what they didn’t know, what was hard and how they found their own styles along the way. They will also discuss how to find mentors and sponsors, how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them, when to make a move and, most importantly, how to build a career worth staying in.
