Navigating the FCA’s Rules on Non-Financial Misconduct: Final Preparations

Virtual
Webinar CLE

Join WilmerHale Partner Lloyd Firth and Counsel Imogen Makin for a short webinar focused on what firms should be doing in advance of the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) new non-financial misconduct rule and guidance coming into force on 1 September 2026.

The non-financial misconduct regulatory landscape in the UK is more complex and judgment heavy than ever. The FCA guidance on the application of the new rule published in December last year is helpful but neither exhaustive nor prescriptive. The third webinar in our non-financial misconduct series will focus on practical tips for firms as we look towards implementation.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • Non-financial misconduct: the latest from the FCA;
  • Practical steps––what should firms be doing ahead of the implementation date; and
  • Key takeaways.

Participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions for the panellists online during the webinar. CLE credit is pending for this program.

*CLE credit is not available for those who watch a recording of the webinar.
