Counsel Nadja Al Kanawati will co-chair the ASA below 40 Fall Seminar titled “Expanding Horizons in Arbitration: Practice, Place, and Planes” on Friday, November 7 in Zurich, Switzerland. The conference will feature discussions on the role of arbitrators as settlement facilitators, on arbitration in the aviation sector, as well as an exploration of Türkiye as vibrant arbitration jurisdiction.
