Join WilmerHale Partners Lloyd Firth and Michelle Diamond and Counsel Imogen Makin for an in-depth discussion on recent developments concerning non-financial misconduct.
The regulatory landscape relating to non-financial misconduct is undergoing significant transformation in both the UK and the US, albeit in diverging directions. While the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK has recently confirmed that it is introducing new rules to address non-financial misconduct, the US is charting a different course with contrasting priorities and approaches. These evolving frameworks present both challenges and opportunities for organizations operating in, or engaging with, both markets.
Topics of discussion will include:
- Non-Financial Misconduct: Background and Recent Headlines in a Wide Range of Industries
- FCA Policy Statement
- Other Recent Actions Regarding Non-Financial Misconduct
- Trans-Atlantic Divergence
- Actions in Response to the New Rules
Participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions for the panelists online during the webinar. CLE credit is pending for this program.
*CLE credit is not available for those who watch a recording of the webinar.
