American Conference Institute (ACI) is hosting its 41st International Conference on the FCPA in Washington DC. Recognized as the premier conference for the global anti-corruption community, the program will feature in-depth discussions and benchmarking on risk management, compliance, investigations, ethics and enforcement.

WilmerHale Partners Kimberly Parker and Christopher Cestaro will both be speaking on panels at this year’s conference. Kimberly Parker will lead a discussion on the latest legal developments from FCPA trials against individuals at 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 5, and Christopher Cestaro will join a panel of former DOJ officials debating the pros and cons of voluntary self-disclosure at 11:45 a.m. ET on Wednesday, December 4.
