On February 8, members of our Life Sciences practice met in our Boston office to discuss legal trends in 2023 life sciences transactions as well as touch on what could be in store for 2024. Joined by other leaders in the industry, they spoke on two lively panel discussions on topics including licensing and collaborations, mergers and acquisitions and public and private financing.
WilmerHale Partners Caroline Dotolo, Jason Kropp and George Shuster took part in the panel, "Fundraising Trends and Considerations," and Partners Joe Conahan, Sarah Hogan and Jenna Ventorino spoke on the panel titled "Business Development Trends and Considerations."
