American Conference Institute (ACI) is hosting its 40th International Conference on the FCPA in Washington DC. Recognized as the official conference of the global anti-corruption community, this year’s program will feature a revamped agenda, interactive debates, and increased networking opportunities.
WilmerHale Partners Kimberly Parker and Christopher Cestaro will both be speaking on panels at this year’s conference. Kimberly Parker will speak on a panel focused on the Compensation Incentives and Clawbacks Pilot Program at 5:05 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 29, and Christopher Cestaro will join the Former FCPA Unit Chiefs panel at 9:15 a.m. ET on Thursday, November 30.
