WilmerHale Partners Stephanie Avakian, Lillian Brown, Meredith Cross and William McLucas are participating in PLI’s 54th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation.
Meredith Cross is a chairperson of the program and on November 3, she will be moderating the panel, “Corp Fin Hot Topics: What’s on the Agenda for the Division of Corporation Finance?” On November 2, Lillian Brown will be moderating the panel, “Proxy Season: Hot Topics.” On November 4, Stephanie Avakian will be moderating the panel “The Defense Perspective on Securities Enforcement” and William McLucas will be speaking on the panel “Significant Issues in Internal Investigations.”
