On Friday, September 30, Stanford Law School will host an informative and interactive conference featuring leading experts from academia, industry and the judiciary as they discuss emerging issues in technology and the law.
Federal Circuit and district court judges will provide a “View from the Bench” in a panel discussion and will be joined on the agenda by several top legal scholars and experienced practitioners from across the country. Current and emerging issues pertaining to patents, antitrust and the life sciences will be examined in this full-day program.
