California's Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): What Arizona Data Processors Need to Know

Speaking Engagement
WilmerHale Senior Associate Ali Jessani will be hosted by ARMA Arizona as a panelist for a one-day conference discussing California’s Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

The panel, titled “CPRA: Getting Your Clause In” will build off a discussion of the different scope of obligations for the different organizations identified in CPRA, and will cover the contracting requirements for each type of entity. It will also address the overlap in CPRA’s contracting requirements and other state and international privacy-focused contracting requirements (e.g. GDPR’s Article 28 provisions).
