The PTAB Bar Association held its virtual 2020 Annual Conference from September 23–25. WilmerHale Partner and Vice-Chair of the PTAB Bar Association’s Annual Conference Committee Heather Petruzzi co-led the pre-conference PTAB Bootcamp, an interactive workshop that provided an overview of the who, what, and when of IPRs, PGRs and CBM reviews and appeals. And WilmerHale Partner David Cavanaugh spoke on a panel, “IPR Timing Issues in View of Recent Developments: the Shift to Phillips, Recent Developments at the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court's Consideration of Click-to-Call.”
