In light of the developing Coronavirus pandemic, we held off sending out invitations to our regular ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting lunch. While the hospitality of Zaytinya will need to wait another year, we wanted to bring our friends and clients together virtually for our planned luncheon speakers. Building on the success of last year’s interview of our client Rohan Ramchandani who had been acquitted in the DOJ’s most significant prosecution of an individual, we welcome you to join us on Friday, April 24 for a webinar debriefing the recent landmark antitrust trial challenging the T-Mobile/Sprint merger.

WilmerHale Partners Hallie Levin and David Gringer will discuss their resounding victory for clients T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom in a monumental antitrust trial in which attorneys general from 13 states and the District of Columbia sought to enjoin the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint. They will be joined by Melissa Scanlan, Vice President, IP and Antitrust at T-Mobile. The speakers will share strategy from the trial and insights into the future of antitrust enforcement, including Section 7 doctrine and the role of the states.

CLE credit will be offered for this webinar. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions online.
