WilmerHale will host the Email Sender and Provider Coalition’s (ESPC) Annual Fall Meeting in Washington DC. WilmerHale Partners Martin Braun, Reed Freeman and Counsel Nicole Ewart, as well as practitioners from some of the most innovative global technology companies, will talk about the latest trends, policy developments and business issues. 

As a keynote speaker, Martin Braun will present “GDPR Litigation/Fines/ePrivacy.” Reed Freeman will participate on the panel “The Effects of CCPA on Industry Technology & Data Sharing,” and Nicole Ewart will participate on the panel “TCPA/SMS Laws and Issues.”

The ESPC supports global laws and self-regulatory efforts that balance consumer protection and business innovation on behalf of email senders, providers and other digital marketers operating globally in the online, mobile and social media environments. They educate coalition members on current and emerging business and legal developments and continue to develop and refine best practices that foster innovation, industry growth, and consumer trust.
