Senior Associate Jonathan Lim contributed to a country report on Singapore in July 2019 as part of a research initiative led by Professors Franco Ferrari, Dietmar Czernich, and Friedrich Rosenfeld. This event will discuss the topics addressed in the national reports drafted as part of this project, with the ultimate goal of providing the necessary background information for the preparation of a set of guidelines on due process in international arbitration.

At the conference, Mr. Lim will address due process and the taking of evidence and answered questions regarding the Singapore country report.
