Arbitration Ireland will host the fourth annual Dublin International Arbitration Day on Friday, 18 November 2016. This is a full day conference on international arbitration, comprised of four separate sessions led by prominent speakers from around the world. WilmerHale Partner John Pierce will speak during "Session 1: Choice of Law – Are There Limits?" and Counsel Michael Howe will speak at the "Young Practitioners" seminar, specifically on the theme of "Ethical Issues in Preparing Witnesses to Give Oral Testimony."
