Dr. Sarah Ganz

Dr. Sarah Ganz's practice focuses on international arbitration and litigation. She has represented clients in disputes governed by a broad variety of substantive and procedural laws, of both civil and common law jurisdictions. She has acted as counsel in institutional as well as ad hoc arbitrations including proceedings under the ICC, UNCITRAL, DIS and Vienna Rules. In addition to international commercial arbitrations, her practice includes the representation of investors and states in investment treaty disputes.

Dr. Ganz advises clients across a wide range of commercial and industrial sectors, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, technology, energy, and oil and gas.

Dr. Ganz speaks regularly at conferences and seminars on international arbitration and is the author of several dispute-related publications.

Professional Activities

Dr. Ganz is a member of the Global Advisory Board of ICDR Y&I. She is also a member of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF), the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS and DIS Below 40), the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA Below 40), the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut) and the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), Arbitral Women, and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA).
