Jason Wilson represents corporations and individuals in investigations and related proceedings, including white collar criminal, anti-money laundering and securities enforcement matters. He has significant experience defending financial institutions, tech companies and other clients in investigations brought by the Department of Justice, US Attorneys’ Offices, SEC, FINRA and other regulators, including state regulatory bodies. In addition, Mr. Wilson has experience conducting investigations in the university context related to allegations of sexual misconduct and other misconduct.

While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Wilson worked at the firm as a summer associate, where he assisted with various matters, including international antitrust and False Claims Act litigation. He also served as an intern at the US Department of Justice in the Fraud Section of the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Civil Division. In addition, Mr. Wilson was published in the American University Law Review.

Mr. Wilson previously held internships with Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), Senator Frank R. Lautenberg (D-NJ) and Americans United for the Separation of Church and State.
