Chris Bouchoux is a litigator with broad experience representing clients on a range of general commercial litigation matters, including complex business litigation and internal corporate investigations. He is also experienced in securities matters, both in litigation and in enforcement matters before the SEC. His clients include Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions and various committees of Board of Directors in proceedings before federal and state courts.

Chris also has developed a robust pro bono practice. In particular, he represented a Muslim congregation in a federal religious discrimination matter, Al Madany Islamic Center of Norwalk, Inc. v. City of Norwalk, Connecticut, and City of Norwalk Zoning Commission, 3:12-cv-00949-MPS (D. Conn.). The case resulted in a successful settlement, where the client was rewarded over $2 million dollars from the city of Norwalk, Connecticut.  

Experience

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Bouchoux was a litigation associate with a large firm in New York. While there, he focused on commercial litigation matters.
