WilmerHale has added two experienced attorneys, Douglas Edwards and Kathleen Lucas, to its Denver-based Corporate Practice, which was created last month with the addition of Partner Keith Trammell.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Doug and Kathleen previously, and I have seen firsthand how their legal experience, business acumen and commitment to clients have been invaluable to helping make corporate clients more successful,” Mr. Trammell said. “I am excited to welcome them to the Denver office of WilmerHale as we continue to grow both the Corporate Practice and the office overall.”

Mr. Edwards joins the firm from his position as a senior associate in the Denver office of an international Am Law 100 firm, where he developed legal strategies for private companies and private equity investors.
