Columbia International Arbitration Association (CIAA) is hosting a discussion on the recent changes to the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (the Revised Rules).

On February 15, 2021, the International Bar Association released the Revised Rules, which would replace the previous version that has been in force since 2010. This event will consist of two parts: a moderator-led panel discussion focusing on the key revisions and their potential impact, followed by an audience Q&A section.

WilmerHale Senior Associate Nadja Al Kanawati will serve as moderator of the panel discussion.
