WilmerHale, the ABA SEER Public Land and Resources Committee, and the ABA SEER Energy Infrastructure, Siting, and Reliability Committee are sponsoring an event entitled, “Improving NEPA and Permitting for Infrastructure Projects: Where We Are and What We Have Learned.” 

A number of significant reform efforts are underway to improve the federal environmental review and permitting processes for large infrastructure projects. Panelists will discuss the state of those efforts, offer insights and lessons learned based on experience with recent projects, and identify considerations that may inform future reforms. Panelists include:
