City Year Washington DC deploys highly skilled AmeriCorps members to serve in 16 elementary, middle and high schools. Together, this team positively impacts almost 6,500 students. On June 1, 2018, the organization hosted their graduation ceremony and celebrated the achievements of the 189 young idealists who served with the City Year Washington DC 2017-18 corps.
