AlphaCore Wealth Acquires Callan Capital

As announced on March 25, 2025, our client, AlphaCore Wealth Advisory, a San Diego-based independent registered investment advisory firm, has acquired Callan Capital, a San Diego-based wealth management firm overseeing $2.4 billion in assets under advisement. The combination enhances AlphaCore's ultra-high net worth and family office capabilities, and the combined organizations will be one of the largest registered investment advisers in California.
The WilmerHale team advising AlphaCore consisted of Stephanie Evans, Will Myer, Virginia Pavlick, Scott Kilgore, Tim Silva, Bill Caporizzo, Carolyn Cody, Nathan Moore, Alex Dean and Lorri Strizich.
