Join us for the 10th Anniversary of the WilmerHale Intellectual Property Conference, where we will examine the latest developments in IP law and their impact on your business.
The 2010 conference will feature our annual panel discussion on developments at the Federal Circuit and Supreme Court cases making headlines. To mark our 10th anniversary, WilmerHale lawyers and clients will review what we believe to be the top 10 IP issues for 2010 and beyond. We will also include three concurrent breakout sessions to discuss patentable subject matter from business methods and software to diagnostics; damages apportionment after Lucent; and patent pools and FRAND licenses.
